For the Base 8 Movement Assessment on assess.softacroaaron.com. Last updated 30 October 2026. Our full privacy notice for all MFS sites (English and German) is here: Datenschutz.
Aaron Martin, Movement Freedom System / SoftAcroAaron, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Email: hi@softacroaaron.com. Full postal address: see the Impressum.
Your email address, your first name if you give it, and your eight self-scores (0-10 for Handstand Push-Up, Arching Squat, Handstand, Front Splits, Bridge, Middle Split, Pull-Up and Toes to Bar) together with the short evaluation we build from them (level, weakest link, easiest branches). We use them to send you your evaluation, then a short series of follow-up emails about the Base 8 and your training, plus tips and offers about our free One Skill Program and our coaching (Movement Freedom System), including invitations to a free Fit Call. Your evaluation link contains only the eight scores - never your name or email address. The scoring happens in your browser.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it with the tick box under your scores and confirm it with the button in the email we send you (double opt-in). We store when you signed up, which consent text you saw, and when you confirmed, as proof.
Kit, Inc. (USA), our email provider, stores your details and your scores (as fields on your subscriber record) and sends our emails. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts this website; its servers record technical data such as your IP address to show you the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Both work on our behalf under data processing agreements. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Kit shows us whether you open our emails and which links you click. We use this to time our follow-up emails and to choose which ones fit you (for example, more about the One Skill Program if you opened it). This is part of your consent.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. It remembers your eight scores, your first name if you give it and the date in your own browser (localStorage, key "mfsAssess"), so the button in your email can open your evaluation on this device and you can come back to it. This stored copy is never sent to us; your scores reach us only when you submit the form. You can delete it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The skill pictures are served from this website. Links to YouTube tutorials open YouTube in a new tab; only then does YouTube (Google) receive your IP address. This site embeds nothing from other companies.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. If you never confirm your sign-up, we delete it within 60 days. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a block list so we never email you again by mistake, and the record of your consent for up to 3 years as proof.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, get it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email hi@softacroaaron.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom - one click and you are off the list. To have your data deleted, email hi@softacroaaron.com.
